🚚 Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 3–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Please allow an additional 10–12 business days for personalized (embroidered) items as they require extra time for customization.

  • During peak times (e.g., seasonal sales), processing may take a bit longer — but we always do our best to get your items to you quickly.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available soon — stay tuned!

  • We offer eco-friendly gift wrapping with an optional handwritten note.

  • You can select this option at checkout.

💳 Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $30

  • Orders under $30 will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

🔁 Return Policy for Personalized Items

  • No returns or refunds are accepted on personalized (embroidered) items. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.
