Embroidered items require additional time for personalization. Typically, it takes 8–12 days for these items to ship. Please plan ahead if you need your order by a certain date.

Yes! You can select gift wrapping at checkout. We also offer an optional handwritten message — perfect for baby showers, birthdays, or keepsake gifts.

Yes, but bamboo fabric has a natural stretch. Choose your child's current size for a snug fit, or size up for extra room to grow.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain softness and stretch.

Personalized (embroidered) items: All sales are final. Please double-check names and initials before submitting — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Non-personalized items: We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
