Return Policy

At Rayn’s Tiny Stitches, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

⏱ Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Must include original tags and be in its original packaging
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at raynstinystitches@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address once confirmed:

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions after your return is approved. Do not send items back without authorization—they will not be accepted.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will make it right promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure about your item's eligibility, please reach out first.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order after the return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as above.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
